The Bondi Vintage Series of images were shot in Sydney in 2014 at the world famous Bondi Beach and Icebergs Ocean Pool. To make such a well-photographed location more distinctive to my ownview, I searched for a way to show both the beach and pool in a way that was unique, and looked to the 1960's photographs of Slim Aarons for inspiration. His muted vintage tones, especially of water, and of his subjects seemingly unaware of his presence led me to play around with desaturating the colours and adding green tones in the post-production process, to change what is usually a very bright, highly saturated blue scene. I feel this gives the images a sense of timelessness, of not quite knowing which era the belong to. These limited edition prints are sold UNFRAMED. The main image is indicative of how this print would look in my recommended raw Oak Framing option. See 'Additional Images' tab for more details. I always recommend using a professional framer to ensure your print is given the level of care it deserves, and to show it off to it's full potential.  Framing options are offered for Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula customers.

Each print is beautifully and professionally printed using the giclee method, featuring archival pigment inks, on gorgeous Canson Infinity Rag Photographique paper which is designed to meet galleries and museum longevity requirements. The total print size is inclusive of a white border, and each print comes with a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity.
