INSPIRATION: These timeless images capture the nostalgic essence of those mid-summer heatwave days, where the mercury rises and the only relief is to flock to the beach to cool off in clear shallow waters. Photographed near my home on the Mornington Peninsula, an hour out of Melbourne, on some of the hottest days of Summer, these images are a slice of life look at Australia’s collective love affair with their coastal playgrounds.
