The Offshore Up North Series of images are an extension of my Offshore Peninsula collection, where I discovered a unique visual perspective on showing familiar landscapes from a new angle. The Offshore Up North collection was photographed in September 2019 on a road trip between Byron Bay in Northern NSW, and Noosa Heads on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.I love being out in the water, and while playing around with my camera safely tucked into its underwater housing, I find that looking back toward the shore, toward some of these iconic beaches was a view that so many of us were so familiar with. Being out in saltwater, eyes slightly blurry from the water and sun glare, this is a beautiful view of our beach life. As a result, you may see that some of these images have a slight glare, or water smear of their own, and that these imperfections are a part of the image. These limited edition prints are sold UNFRAMED. The main image is indicative of how this print would look in my recommended raw Oak Framing option. See ‘Additional Images’ tab for more details. I always recommend using a professional framer to ensure your print is given the level of care it deserves, and to show it off to it’s full potential.
Each print is beautifully and professionally printed using the giclee method, featuring archival pigment inks, on gorgeous Canson Infinity Rag Photographique paper which is designed to meet galleries and museum longevity requirements. The total print size is inclusive of a white border, and each print is signed and numbered by Yours Truly.
