Back in November I spent three of amazingly rejuv Back in November I spent three of amazingly rejuvenating days at the incredible @comoshambhalaestate in Ubud with my fabulous friend, the brilliant Dr Tanya Cates @fitadvisortc, courtesy of @ytravel.world - and we definitely took full advantage of the incredible range of activities and experiences on offer! Mountain biking through rice paddies and villages as local kids waved to us from the roadside, sunrise yoga, Pilates, hydrotherapy, meditation, a deeply beautiful Hindu blessing ceremony, a silversmithing class with local artisans, and an afternoon with a village healer for an astrology birth chart and palm reading. Turns out my spirit animal is a turtle! (I was sure it was a golden retriever but there you go!) 🐢 And the food. THE FOOD. Amazing! Healthy and delicious without the slightest hint of deprivation. Somewhere between the bike rides and the poolside afternoons doing absolutely nothing (also crucial, also wellbeing), Tan and I looked at each other and said... we need to build a trip around this. So we did. Introducing Travel The Y Way Wellbeing, a @ytravel.world small group journey that Tanya and I will co-hosting May 13-22, 2027.
