Booking your shoot is an easy process!  Simply shoot through an email or head to the contact page to fill out an online enquiry, being as detailed as possible regarding the nature of your shoot and what you are hoping to get out of it, and what your timeline is for when you need the images by.

I will then reply as soon as possible with my availability and rates, along with any other questions that I may have to help clarify the nature of the shoot and what you are hoping to achieve.  Rates are generally determined by blocks of time – starting with a minimum of one hour, and going right through to a full day.  All rates include standard editing / post production (basic colour, exposure, straigtening of lines etc) of your images.  Additional photoshopping or edits that require outsourcing will be quoted separately.  

Once it is deemed by both parties that we’re a good fit, dates can be locked in and any other additional services (locations, stylists, hair & makeup etc) can be arranged either by yourself or from my tried and true list of recommended go-to miracle workers!

I usually book up about 2 weeks in advance, (often much sooner during busy times such as towards the end of the year) but I generally try to leave a couple of gaps in my diary in order to have some flexibility for short notice jobs, so please feel free to touch base if you need something photographed urgently… 

Leading up to the day of the shoot, if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to touch base, and if not I will drop you a line a day or two prior to confirm times and locations.  If a job is weather dependant we will keep an eye on things once we get within the 7 day forecast time-frame if it is mutually determined that it’s not going to work with our original planned date, there is always flexibility to move things around.  Being Melbourne, this is always a good (and often necessary) thing!

On the day of your shoot it’s all about working collaboratively to make sure you are getting the outcome you are hoping for – we will take breaks if necessary to go through what’s been captured so far and make sure that we are on the right track. I usually work as a one-woman show, no big setups or entourage, and this allows an element of being flexible and being able to work efficiently to maximise the time we have together.

Once the shoot has been completed, your high resolution images will be digitally delivered via Dropbox or WeTransfer usually within a 48 hours  (urgent turnaround can also be arranged at an additonal rate).  As a general rule, I do not restrict the amount of images given, but will deliver a library of as many beautful shots as I can, for your use across all of your marketing platforms.
